My winter gardening was great. We had peaches from the small peach tree in the garden. Swiss chard to go with our pork roast. Collards for us and our neighbor. I found a good recipe for collards using molasses and hot sauce, but did find out it is better to use young tender collards. I also want to find a bright patch to plant blackberries. I could not find Bok choi seeds or plants, but I will continue looking.
